Based on the idea of “enjoying joy , happiness and affection through sports experience”, the Games of this year consists of five major themes including “special experience”, “enterprise exchanges”, “carnival”, “sports and health” and “charity activities”.

We will prepare admission ceremony, enterprise exchange zone, children's playing zone, gourmet zone, stage performance etc. for you.

     On November 4 (Sunday),10 (Saturday) and November 17 (Saturday) of 2018, an event with the theme of "The Third International RAKU SPO FESTA - 2018 Enterprise Rivalry [Sports Carnival] in Shanghai -" will begin in Shanghai.
     Sixteen (tentative) games such as tug of war, relay race and basketball are arranged, where all the enterprises may participate in and enhance the exchanges among enterprises, employees and families through the Sports Carnival.
     Employees are welcomed to this event together with their families. In order to create a livelier event, to enhance the internal and external exchanges in the company and to bring everyone more laughter and an unforgettable experience, we will do our best to prepare this event.
     Part of the registration fees for this event will be donated to the society. In addition, there will be stalls and children's playing zones like Japanese temple fairs to create a festive atmosphere so that children and families can enjoy themselves.

1)Entry acceptance period: Current ~ September 14 (Fri)
2)Advance ticket entry acceptance period:urrent ~ Friday, August 17, 2018
If you apply before August 17 (Friday), your fee will be the advance ticket fee.
3)Golf tournament will be held at the West Golf Club (Kunshan).
The play fee is 1130 RMB (excluding food and beverages).
4)All competition items on November 10th (Saturday) and November 11th (Sunday) will be in progress at the same time, so you can only enter one event.
5)It is possible for one company to arrange several team to take part in one event.
6)It is possible to participate in several events in different day of week.
For example: November 10 participation in Futsal
November 11 participation in Marathon
November 17 participation in Tug of war
Please be attention, in such situation you have to pay all different fee of different events.
7)Events on November 17 can be applied in more than one event according to the schedule.
8)Above participation fee also includes below items.
Participation in the events, introduction of your team in Wechat public account, team flag, sports insurance (pre-applicant only)
Security Content / Injury: Compensation for a maximum of 10,000 RMB.
In case of obstacles remaining: compensation for maximum of 100,000 RMB.
